Mr. Bhaman has been working on the phasor project to develop user guides
and training materials that are targeted to system operators, operating
engineers, and researchers. He has been responsible for these aspects of
the phasor system from version 3 onwards. He has focused on the outreach
programs of the phasor system, including training and education.
In addition he has designed secure internet based software delivery
systems.
