Gil has over 30-years of experience in the electric power industry in the areas of power plant engineering and operations, power system operations, transmission and power purchase contracts, power marketing and scheduling, contract negotiations and dispute resolution, contract development and administration, business development, and organizational management. Gil was formerly at Southern California Edison from 1975 to mid-2007 where he held a number of engineering, management and executive positions, including:

Gil started with Electric Power Group in 2007 and is working on consulting assignments related to power contracts, transmission contracts, power scheduling, and project management.

Gil has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State University at Long Beach. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in Mechanical Engineering, State of California.
